Mandy’s Wine Bar is serving up a seasonal twist on the popular “girl dinner” trend with a fall menu designed for cozy nights out, according to InMaricopa.
Owner Amanda Atler said the idea is to match seasonal food with wine in a fun, casual way. The restaurant’s menu changes throughout the year, with past seasonal offerings including summer Aperol spritzes.
This fall’s $25 girl dinner includes cheese ravioli topped with creamy butternut squash sauce and parmesan, house-made focaccia, and a harvest salad with roasted butternut squash, spinach, arugula, dried cranberries and pecans in red wine vinaigrette. The meal also comes with a 6-ounce pour of white wine, red wine or house prosecco.
Other new fall items include a stuffed mushroom starter, butternut squash soup, and a hummus and tapenade plate served with grilled sourdough and fresh vegetables. Atler said Mandy’s has become a popular spot for women to meet up, but added that “girl dinner is for everybody.”
